San Leandro Manor Library Halloween Family Fun Fest Set for October 31, 10:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m.

SAN LEANDRO, Alameda County — October 23, 2026. California58 Local reports from a dated official city resource. We distinguish notices, proposals, planned events and enacted decisions and do not claim an event has occurred before it happens.

What is happening?

The San Leandro Public Library announces its annual Halloween Family Fun Fest for Saturday, October 31, 2026, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Manor Branch Library. The event is designed for children age 12 and younger and their families, with decorated vehicles, trick-or-treat stations and a pumpkin patch.

How can drivers participate?

The city says the decorated-car lineup has only 12 spaces and advance registration is mandatory. The registration deadline is Saturday, October 24. A person attending as a family visitor does not necessarily need to register a vehicle; consult the event notice for access and program rules.

What if it rains?

The library notice says the vehicle trunk-or-treat component would be canceled in rainy weather while treat stations and pumpkin distribution would move indoors. Candy and pumpkins are available while supplies last, not guaranteed for every late-arriving visitor.

Planning the visit

Check Manor Branch Library location and current parking guidance using the city listing. Families with accessibility questions or food allergies should contact the library directly. An unofficial social post cannot extend the registration deadline.
